Fiona Humberstone, Chair

Fiona is the one that drags the committee together for tea and cakes power meetings and the network has got up and running at her suggestion so we think the title of Chair will probably make her feel important. Fiona lives in West Horsley with her husband and two children.

Fiona is best known for running and Flourish a branding agency based in Guildford. She’s also an accomplished speaker and is the author of Exhibit! The SME’s guide to using exhibitions to grow your business.

Liz Machtynger, Host

Liz is widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading Customer Management practitioners. She runs Customer Essential and is also a speaker at the Institute of Direct Marketing. Liz delivers customer management programmes to large corporates internationally and brings her passion for service to the network.

Liz lives in East Horsley with her husband and daughter.

Claire Brown, Treasurer

Claire is the only one of any of us who is any good with figures: so there was only one option when it came to forcing someone into being voting for a treasurer.

Claire runs Plantpassion – a specialist gardening, garden design and border design company which works with a both keen gardeners and scared first time garden owners in the villages. Claire lives in West Horsley with her husband and son.
